Tasty Tri-Tip!!!
Cooked up another tasty tri-tip. Ran the Mini-WSM at 265* using Kingsford blue and cherry. Had a pan of veggies, fat cap and broth on the bottom rack.
Pumping TBS!!!!
MMMMM!!!!
Cooked to an IT of 135*
1/2" slabs of goodness!
